The Win In the Mind Process

An integral part of the “Win In the Mind Process” is reflecting upon what is most important to us.

1. What are my values/virtues/principles? In other words what do I truly value and deem important?
2. Which of those values do I deem nonnegotiable?

I would like to share some ideas regarding this theme.

Here are some examples of what are considered universal values from ancient philosophy in relationships to seeking Eudaimonia or a “Good Soul.”

Wisdom: I know the game I am playing and how to play it well.

Gratitude: I appreciate what I have, God thank for blessing me with everything.

Love: I am present and kind and generous and encouraging.

Curiosity: I see what’s working and what needs work.

Zest: I am energized as I practice my fundamentals and give the world all I got.

Courage: I am willing to act in the presence of fear.

Hope: I know that my future will be better than my present because I will do whatever it takes to make it so.

What are some of those values most closely associated with your physical and energetic identity. If you take a look at the virtues above you may see some connection between the universal values and yours regarding your physical and energetic identity.

For me personally, all the universal values connect to my physical/ energetic identity and the training associated with developing that identity. However, Zest shows up the strongest.

Here are some other examples of values that could show up as part for your physical and energetic identity:

Strength (both physical and mental)
Resilience
Anti fragility
Energy
Discipline
Focus
Intensity
Courage

In our work together the full process includes the following steps:

1. Crystallize your Phyiscal/Energetic Identity
2. Uncover and connect your values to your identity
3. Investigate beliefs that may be limiting you from expressing the best version of yourself.
4. Creating a strategy to take action towards developing what you desire most.
5. Work on developing a standard/code based on the above.
5. Making a decision about the level of accountability you would like regarding the standard you set
